During our session together, I took a the time to get creative and experiment a little. I shot a couple rolls of film, played around with new poses, and fiddled with my prism for the first time in a LONG time. It was so refreshing to switch things up. Not to mention how gorgeous the location was - it’s kinda hard to ruin a shot.
Fallon + Rob | Bend Oregon Winter Vow Renewal
What started off as a blue bird day quickly got windy and cold, but they weren’t deterred, and so around 6 pm on a Monday, Fallon and Rob said “I do” all over again. We all cried icy, happy tears as we huddled around a fire and savored the adventure. So, if you’re thinking about finding an excuse to wear those wedding clothes again, let me be the first to tell you that you don’t even need one.
Ariel + Elle | Bend Oregon Sunrise Engagement Session
Ariel + Elle planned to meet me at one of my favorite locations in Bend for sunrise and Ariel was going to surprise Elle with a beautiful pair of matching custom rings! As we started sneakily planning, we decided it was gonna be proposal style.
Ashlie + Jon | Sparks Lake Anniversary Session
After talking to Ashlie and Jon a little bit, they told me that they hadn’t had a lot of portrait time at their wedding so they decided they’d take their outfits and get some photos done just for them. Why not when you spend so much money on your wedding clothes?!
Amanda + Ryan | Sunny Backyard Bend Wedding
Ryan and Amanda are one of many couples who had to shuffle plans around because of COVID, but they’re also one of many couples to prove that an amazing wedding can be had even when hope feels lost. Their original plan was for a large, grand October wedding out at Tetherow Golf Course here in Bend, but after months of changing state mandates and regulations, they made the decision to scale down the guest list and host the wedding at a family home instead.
